After Abi killed that army, the whole village had to relocate to a network of caves. Everyone in the village wears masks now so visitors won't know which one of them is the Blue Dragon.
Basic Rundown:
- Abi is a little boy in this, but older than he was in his last childhood memory. Somewhere between the ages of 7 and 10. - No one talks to him, because everyone is scared of him. If people see him they generally run away immediately. He's used to this by now and doesn't actually hold it against anyone. - He spends most of his time in the deepest, darkest part of the cave network, where he watches for danger because his eyes can see through walls and everything. - He mostly has to fend for himself, since no one actually wants to interact or otherwise deal with him. He sometimes goes out to hunt by himself. He hones his fighting abilities that he learned from Ao by fighting wild animals. - He's cold and hungry a lot, but hunting probably nets him some food, at least. Though he has to cook it himself and it might not taste that great.
Commentary:
- This is actually not a terribly negative memory because Abi doesn't accidentally murder anyone in it. He's alone and sad but is also determined to do his best and not mess up again. So he keeps to himself and stays hidden. - This is probably why he hates the cold and loves good food. - This is also why he is bad at using his words. After Ao dies no one is around to talk to him regularly so he just forgets that verbal communication is a thing he needs to do and has trouble articulating some things due to lack of practice.
Effects:
Mostly this memory just gives him an idea of what happened after Ao died. It's not a good or bad memory it's just his life. He will probably be even more appreciative of delicious food though.
