He can see for long distances, and through solid objects. He has powerful kinetic vision that allows him to track movements and learn quickly through observation. And when his eyes are uncovered he can use them to paralyze and even kill people through what amounts to terrible nightmarish illusions that involve the victims being eaten alive by a dragon. Good times. However, when he uses that aspect of his power it reflects back on him and causes him to become paralyzed, and could ultimately kill him if he goes too far with it.
